Refund Policy

Who we are. The Styles Business Group ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We run AI Receptionist Sales Academy (the "Program") and sellailocal.com (the "Website"). Contact: stylesbusinessgroup@gmail.com · Box 72025 RPO Sasamat, Vancouver, BC V6R 4P2, Canada.

Pen name. "Jordan Blake" is a pen name used by the course author, who is part of The Styles Business Group. Narration in our videos is AI-generated.

We want this to be simple and fair. The Founding Member price is US$297, one-time. Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars, or by Square in Canadian dollars if you use the backup checkout.

You get a full refund if:

  1. The Program is cancelled. For example, if not enough Founding Members join by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, or if we cancel for any other reason before the Program is delivered. Everyone is refunded 100% automatically. You don't need to ask.
  2. You ask before Week 1 is released (Monday, November 16, 2026), for any reason.
  3. After Week 1 is released, you ask within 7 days of getting access, as long as you've viewed less than 30% of the content. If you buy after Week 1 is released, the 7 days start when you get access.
  4. A release is late. We'll email you before the due date with the new date, and you can choose a full refund.

How we check the 30%

"Content" means the lesson videos and downloadable materials released at the time you ask. We use the course progress and viewing records in our course platform (Skool) to check. If you think the records are wrong, tell us and we'll look at it fairly.

How to ask

Email stylesbusinessgroup@gmail.com from the address you bought with, and include your name. No form or reason needed. We'll confirm within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or Square), in the currency you were charged. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear. If you paid in CAD through Square, exchange rates and your bank's fees may mean the amount you see in your own currency differs slightly from the original charge. We don't charge any refund fee.

Outside these rules

Outside the cases above, purchases aren't refundable, because the materials are digital and can be accessed right away. If something has gone wrong, please email us anyway. We'll always listen.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal, Square or your card issuer. If you're eligible, a refund through us is faster. If a dispute is opened, we may pause your access while it's reviewed (see section 13 of the Terms of Service).

After a refund

Your access to the Program and community ends, and you agree to delete any downloaded materials and not to share them.

This policy doesn't reduce any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. It's part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
