1. Agreement
By buying the Program or using the Website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use them. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy.
2. What you get
An 8-week, pre-recorded, on-demand online training program on selling AI receptionist services to local businesses. It is released one week at a time in a private online community on Skool, following the release schedule on the sales page, and includes the Founding Member bonuses listed there. There are no live calls. Support is written, in the community. Founding Members get lifetime access to the Program and its future updates for as long as we operate the Program.
3. Release schedule and cancellation
Week 1 is released on Monday, November 16, 2026, and then one week every 7 days. If a release will be late, we'll email you before its due date with the new date, and you can choose a full refund. If not enough Founding Members join by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, or we cancel the Program for any other reason before it is delivered, everyone gets a 100% refund automatically (see the Refund Policy).
4. Price, payment and taxes
The Founding Member price is US$297, one-time. There are no payment plans or subscriptions. Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars; you can pay with a PayPal account or any major card through PayPal checkout. A backup checkout charged in Canadian dollars (about CA$425, based on the exchange rate) is available through Square. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; those are between you and them. If any sales tax applies to your purchase, it will be shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Your licence
When you pay, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Program materials to learn and to run your own business. That includes using the scripts, templates and worksheets with your own prospects and clients. You may not: copy, resell, sublicense, share, re-post or publicly distribute the materials (in whole or in part); share your login or let others access your account; use the materials to create a competing course or product; or remove copyright notices. We may end your access, without a refund, if you break these rules.
6. Intellectual property
We (or our licensors) own the Program, the Website and all materials, including videos, scripts, templates, worksheets, prompts, text, graphics and the "Demo-Dial-Close" name, and all related rights. Except for the licence in section 5, nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Program, the Website or the community for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to harass others, to spam, to scrape or harvest other members' information, to upload malware, or to try to access accounts or content you haven't paid for. The Program teaches human, one-to-one outreach and inbound-only AI answering. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and your business, including telemarketing, do-not-call, anti-spam, call-recording, privacy and consumer protection laws. Never use AI or pre-recorded voices to make outbound calls or texts without the consent the law requires.
8. No guarantee of earnings or results
We do not promise or guarantee any income, clients or results. Any figures we mention, such as $497/month or 30 days, describe goals the training is designed around or illustrative examples. They are not typical results, and they are not a promise. Many people who buy business training never finish it, and many who do make little or no money. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market, time and many factors outside our control. Starting a business involves risk, including the money you spend on tools. Testimonials or case studies, if we publish any, are real and used with permission. They are not typical, and they don't mean you will get the same results. See the full Earnings & Results Disclaimer.
9. Not professional advice
The Program is general education. Nothing in it is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Lessons on compliance (for example the TCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM, call recording and privacy) are educational summaries that may not be complete or current for your location. Get your own professional advice before relying on them.
10. Third-party tools and links
The Program refers to third-party tools and services (for example AI voice platforms, CRMs, Skool, PayPal and Square). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, prices, availability or terms. Prices and features mentioned in lessons can change. Your use of third-party tools is under their own terms. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Where that applies, we'll say so.
11. Your account and the community
Keep your login secure, and tell us right away if someone uses it without permission. Be respectful in the community. We may remove posts, or suspend or remove members, that break these Terms or Skool's own rules.
12. Feedback and testimonials
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the Program. We will only publish a testimonial, your name or your results with your permission, and you can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.
13. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with a payment, please email us first. We'll respond promptly and refund you if you're eligible. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we may suspend your access while it's open. If it is resolved in our favour, we may end your access permanently. We may give the payment processor information about your purchase, access and use of the Program to respond to the dispute. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law or with your card issuer.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Program and Website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't promise that the Website or community will always be available or error-free.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, clients or data, arising from the Program, the Website or these Terms, even if we were told they were possible; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Program, the Website or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Program. Some places don't allow certain limits; where that's the case, these limits apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
16. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from how you run your own business, including your outreach to businesses and the services you sell to clients.
17. Ending access
You can stop using the Program at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 13–19 continue to apply after access ends.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date, and they don't reduce the refund rights you had when you bought.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia, sitting in Vancouver, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, nothing here takes that right away. Before starting any claim, please email us at stylesbusinessgroup@gmail.com so we can try to sort it out within 30 days.
20. General
If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up. You can't transfer these Terms or your access without our written agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Program.
